We will address your lifestyle, core beliefs, values and explore your relationship with food, weight, size and body image. We will look at the underlying emotional impact of the eating disorder and how it affects you and those around you.

However fundamentally your Practitioner trained by the National Centre of Eating Disorders will draw from as taught, from the methodology of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychological Approaches and NLP techniques.
